Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Agentic AI Staffing to build, configure, or deploy AI agents on your behalf, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern AI receptionist agents, automation agents, website chatbots, and custom AI agent work.

2. Services

We provide custom AI agent development and deployment services. Scope of work is confirmed in writing before work begins. Build timelines are estimates; most builds complete within 4-10 business days after payment is received.

3. Pricing & Payment

Subscription agents are priced at $499/month per primary agent with add-on capabilities available. One-time agent builds are priced from $4,999 per primary agent, with add-ons scoped separately.

4. Ongoing Costs

One-time purchases cover agent development and configuration. Self-hosted clients pay their own hosting, voice, LLM, and third-party service costs directly. Subscription clients receive managed hosting as part of the plan.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate workflow details, required access, timely feedback, and lawful use of deployed agents.

6. Intellectual Property

Client-specific data remains the client's data. Reusable implementation patterns, templates, and internal tooling remain the property of Agentic AI Staffing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential business, customer, workflow, credential, and operational information shared during the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Agents are built to assist business workflows and require reasonable oversight. Agentic AI Staffing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Subscription clients may cancel future service. One-time build terms follow the refund and handoff policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.
